Dorchester County Business & Technology Park
Dorchester Regional Technology Park’s water sewer and fiber infrastructure improvements are complete, and building lots are currently available for sale. The County has plans to construct a “Business Incubator” in the park, which will serve as the anchor building. Prospective tenants interested in expanding or relocating their operation to the Mid-Atlantic should contact the County Economic Development Office.
